Bookings

● All sessions must be booked in advance via Bookwhen or direct arrangement

● Places are not confirmed until payment is received

Payments

● Payments are required in advance unless otherwise agreed

● Block bookings and class passes are non-transferable

Cancellations by Families

● Cancellations with 48+ hours notice may be transferred to another session (subject to availability)

● No refunds for missed sessions unless Thrive Nature Adventures cancels

Cancellations by Thrive Nature Adventures

● Sessions may be cancelled due to weather, staff illness, low numbers, or safety concerns

● In these cases, a refund or credit will be offered

Health & Medical Needs

● Parents/carers must disclose relevant medical, allergy, or SEND information

● Thrive Nature Adventures cannot administer medication unless formally agreed

Behaviour & Expectations

● Thrive Nature Adventures promotes respectful, inclusive behaviour

● We reserve the right to end a session if behaviour compromises safety

Clothing & Personal Property

● Sessions take place outdoors and indoors; suitable clothing is essential

● Personal belongings are brought at the owner’s risk

Photography

● Photos/videos are only used with written consent

● You may withdraw consent at any time

Liability

● Thrive Nature Adventures holds appropriate insurance

● Participation is at your own risk within the scope of reasonable care
