Are decorations allowed?
Yes, you’re very welcome to bring simple decorations. We kindly ask that everything is taken home with you afterwards.
Are marshmallows included?
Yes, Marshmallows for the campfire are included. Optional extras such as s’mores or biscuit decorating can be added.

What is the address of the party?

Do we need to pay for parking?
Yes, the public car parks are often monitored and require a ticket or payment made via the MiiPermit app.
Is there shelter if it rains?
We go ahead in all weather, there is no shelter. Activities are adapted, please dress appropriately.
Who is responsible for the children?
Children remain the responsibility of their attending adults at all times.
When can we add extra campfire treats?
You’ll receive a reminder email within 10 days of your party date, you can add in extra treats within the final payment details.
Are dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not permitted on site.
Are siblings included in the numbers?
Your party includes up to 14 children. Additional children, including siblings, are very welcome but will need to be paid for.
Can we access the animals?
Please do not enter paddocks or feed the animals, as they are part of a working therapy farm. We ask all guests to remain within the forest school area for the duration of the party.
Can extra guests turn up on the day?
Additional guests are welcome if you’re happy for them to join. Payment will be required on the day.
Can we bring snacks or party food?
Yes, you’re very welcome to bring your own food, snacks and drinks for the children.
Do we need to bring a knife for the cake?
Yes please — don’t forget candles and a knife for cutting your cake.
Toilets are located near the forest school entrance. Access is via the farm and your host will guide you if needed. We recommend guests use them early in the session.

Can we arrive early?
You’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes before your party start time to get settled.
Can we personalise the party?
Absolutely, If your child has favourite themes or interests, let us know and we’ll do our best to include these.
What happens in extreme weather?
In the rare case of extreme weather, we may need to postpone. If a new date cannot be agreed, a full refund will be provided.
What should we wear?
Please dress for outdoor play, waterproofs, wellies and spare clothes are highly recommended.
When do we confirm final numbers?
Final numbers and payment are due 10 days before your party. You’ll receive a reminder email with instructions.
