Thrive Nature Adventures is a forest school and outdoor learning provider based on the Essex–Suffolk border, between Colchester and Ipswich. We offer nature-based sessions for children and young people of all ages, supporting confidence, resilience and independence through child-led outdoor play and practical, hands-on experiences.

Our forest school sessions take place across Essex and Suffolk in carefully chosen natural environments and are led by experienced, qualified practitioners. Alongside our outdoor work, we also offer indoor, nature-inspired sessions, ensuring our programmes remain accessible and inclusive all year round.

Every Thrive session is designed to support physical movement, emotional wellbeing and a meaningful connection to the natural world. Through play, exploration and gentle challenge, children are encouraged to grow at their own pace.
